Fee Options

Finding the right fit between lawyers and their client means more than just a mesh of personality and experience. We view a fee structure that makes the relationship productive and beneficial for the client as an integral part of that fit.

Traditional hourly billing is still effective for many clients. However, for those clients with recurring legal needs, predictability is important and this “pay as you go” approach can be a challenge. To address this, we offer subscription and flat fee arrangements with significant discounts for pre-paid commitments.

OGCLS “One Rate”™

Our OGCLS Practice Group offers a “One Rate”™ billing structure. Clients who subscribe to an OGCLS Service Plan pay a single, low, hourly rate for all OGCLS attorneys regardless of seniority or practice area. OGCLS Service Plan clients also receive a dedicated service team, the option for on-site collaboration at no additional charge, discounted “getting to know you” hours, and other benefits.
