About Ahaji Amos

Ahaji is an intellectual property attorney and licensed mediator who has been dedicated to counseling small and large businesses, inventors, entrepreneurs, and innovators since 1999. She has represented large oil and gas companies, research universities and institutions, chemical, biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, personal care companies, individual physicians and creators, healthcare systems, and technology companies during her career. She focuses her practice on international and domestic patent and trademark prosecution, post-allowance quasi-litigation, franchising, intellectual property litigation, including false advertising, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition matters, as well as the acquisition, licensing and enforcement of patents, copyrights, and trademarks in the U.S. federal courts, TTAB, PTAB, and abroad. Ahaji is a serial entrepreneur who has a keen understanding of the intersection between law and business strategy.
