Beth Ann Blackwood is a commercial and securities litigator with over 35 years of experience and has litigated everything from simple contract disputes to bet-the-company battles. As an AV Rated Attorney, she has a reputation for decisiveness, integrity and credibility, and offers critical strategic advice to board members, business owners and senior executives to keep them out of the courthouse if possible. She served as the Chairperson for the Texas State Securities Board, the agency overseeing broker/dealers and the sale of securities in Texas, for 13 years.
