David is a seasoned communications professional and military veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the corporate, agency and defense sectors. His career has included leading the U.S. Energy Sector for PR giant Edelman as well as several corporate in-house roles with companies such as BP North America, LyondellBasell Industries and most recently as the head of global communications at Adient, the Johnson Controls automotive spin-off.
David has provided counsel to senior leaders at Fortune 50 companies and to entrepreneurial startups such as HudsonField, Aero Parts Now and Sunnova Energy Corp. His global experience includes leading teams of communicators to reach key audiences in Europe/Africa, Asia Pacific, China and the Americas.
David has extensive experience in strategic communications planning and execution, media relations, marketing, advertising, government and public affairs and issues and crisis communications.
In addition, David is a military veteran with 21-years of service in the U.S. Air Force/Michigan Air National Guard as an intelligence operations specialist and as a Public Affairs Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
