- Worked to uphold Mexican antitrust agency’s decision on blocking a merger between two of three groups operating airports in Mexico.
- Upheld Mexican antitrust agency’s decision in forcing the Mexican federal government to sell separately the two state-owned airlines in Mexico.
- Obtained and kept Mexican licenses for telecommunication permits (such as fiber optical cable) on behalf of clients.
- Successfully upheld Mexican antitrust agency’s decision barring certain companies from participating in the public process concerning exploitation of the radioelectric spectrum.
- Litigation for adjustment of unitary prices in construction contracts.
- Obtained exceptions for companies in the provision of goods from public bids or solicitation processes.

- Represented the Mexican antirust agency in federal litigation to uphold rulings. Thereafter worked for private entities to challenge rulings from the agency in different areas such as gas stations, gas, transport, rail, sports franchises, pharmaceuticals, banks and automotive.

- Litigated numerous cases to protect trademark titles in Mexico.
