About Jorge Hoffman
Jorge has more than thirty years of professional practice in labor and social security law. His experience includes the representation of various multinational companies from the U.S., Europe, South America and Middle East in several diverse industries such as: energy, pharmaceuticals, corporate security, aerospace, information technology, construction, food, manufacturing, and advertising, among others. Jorge is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has served as a lawyer, representative of and advisor to the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry. During his extensive legal career, Jorge has participated as a speaker in many conferences concerned with Mexican labor laws and compliance with TMEC regulations. He effectively and skillfully represents his clients in collective labor negotiations regarding salaries and working conditions.
